- Under this policy, your first order can be exchanged or returned, and you will be eligible to receive a refund.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- In any case we cannot provide exchange/refund for exchanged products. One order is only liable to get exchanged/refund once.
- You can exchange or return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the order.
- Note – COD amount or any discount coupon amount will not be Refunded. For prepaid orders customers will be charged 3% as a (processing fee) that will be deducted in case of refund.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. There will be only one reverse pickup given for one order. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
- Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and protects the health and safety of our customers.

International
- We do not accept any returns for the product sold outside India.
- In case of defect, kindly mail us at info@vanysports.in within 7 days of receiving the shipment and wait for the instructions.
- In case of serious defects, the item price will be credited back to the customer in the original form of payment after deducting the shipping fee.
